"The gentleman, Hector, I spoke with on the phone and whom I worked with in the actual shop was incredible. A genuinely good person and knowledgeable professional.
He was so kindhearted and ensured that everything in my car was okay before I was done."

"I had a great experience with Universal Service Center. My vehicle has over 200,000 miles and had several issues, but they worked through them carefully and got it driving much better.
They were professional, respectful, and made a real effort to find practical solutions for an older vehicle. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely bring my other vehicles here in the future. Highly recommended."
