"Gilberto, Flavio and their team are outstanding! They genuinely care about the work they do and make sure you are completely satisfied, with regular follow-ups after completing the work. I have been using them for many years for all our vehicles and they have never disappointed. For instance, we had to replace tires on our daughter's vehicle. They were honest with their estimate as well as the work performed and did not attempt to sell us any services they knew we did not need. In fact, when one of the tire/wheel sensors needed to be corrected, they resolved the matter without charging a fee. Need to check the air in your tires? They will gladly help you with it as well as pass along a smile! We will continue to have our cars serviced here."

"I have been taking my cars to Universal Service Center since the 1990's. I love these guys!!! It's not only comforting, it's CRUCIAL to have knowledgeable, caring, trustworthy professionals you can depend on. I feel very well taken care of. I give them six stars!"

"I highly recommend. I had assumed all the cars outside meant I would get slow service. I was seriously mistaken! My service was fast, friendly and better than a dealership or tire store. I will definitely be back!!"

"Awesome service. My daughter was in a wreck while visiting Orlando. They took her at the last minute and they went above the call and made sure her vehicle was safe for her to drive back to Georgia. I left knowing these men care and love what they do. Thank you guys so much."
