I've been a return customer at Universal Service Center going on five years now. To be honest my 2001 Nissan Xterra has not exactly made them rich, lol. I bought it from a dealer in great shape and it was built to last! Early on I had some minor engine work done and the shocks and struts I think, but it did not have mechanical or drivability issues after that and being on a tight budget I fixed only what needed fixing. The AC, battery, tires, oil changes, etc. I give all the credit to Rubens, Hector, and every talented tech and dedicated team member for the fact that it's still running well at well over 200k miles. They just did a great job fixing my AC to get me through another brutal Florida summer, and gave me a break on the price since I will soon be selling the car. Thanks to the condition it's in, I still can. I'd be truly lost without this place and am forever grateful to this team and their expertise as always. They go above and beyond, devote time to all their customers no matter how busy they are, and take service to a new level. Thank you so much to all of you for your kindness hard work the last few years and especially for keeping me on the road.

I have a 2001 Nissan Xterra with almost 210,000 miles on it. It is starting to show and sound its age and Hector knows a great deal about cars and will come out to your car and take a look himself, which I really appreciate. The techs there are all real pros and I appreciate all of them too! Universal Service Center has a loyal, long-term, local customer base with all kinds of vehicles being serviced - new, old, classic, foreign, domestic, etc.. Whatever the job, big or small, oil change, tires, A/C, major engine work, I've had it done here. Usually, they work hard to get it back to me the same day, even if it's a big job, because I have no other car for work and no one else to depend on. When I needed to leave the car they did their best to get me a loaner! I'm especially grateful that since I live and work locally they've gone out of their way to pick me up or drop me off when necessary! Once they came and changed a dead battery for me. And more recently, with my car getting so old they've driven my car to diagnose issues. I never got this outstanding service from other mechanics or chains in the area or trusted them either. I never get taken advantage of here and on the rare occasion I had to bring the car back once or twice it was of course done free of charge. This kind of customer service and more is why I've stuck with the team at Universal for almost five years now. Most importantly, they continue to keep my car running well, which is the best proof that they are worth every penny and worth sticking with and I highly recommend going there first. You won't be disappointed!

Big jobs and small, their expertise has been invaluable to me. My car is my life...I depend on it six days a week for work but it's old and I worry about things going wrong all the time so I'm grateful to every member of the talented team at Universal Service Center for 4+ years of loyalty, outstanding customer service, and professionalism. They always look for ways to accommodate me and keep my 2001 Nissan Xterra in the best condition possible while trying to keep things affordable if necessary. They are all car professionals and from the moment you walk in you'll know you're in good hands. Can't recommend these guys highly enough!

"I called Universal service center for an oil change and lower oil pan gasket replacement. Once there I was met by Hector the service manager. He’s a pleasant professional man which made the whole experience great. I had been looking for auto shop like this and I think I found it. Professional, knowledgeable, reasonable.
