"Dear Sir/ Madam,
My name is Dwayne, my experience with UNIVERSAL SERVICE was a great experience!! However, I have been to many mechanics with my issue with the car, and none of them seems to understand what is the problem causing all of the lights to be on the dashboard. Soon as I come to Universal Scvs. they were able to tell me the same day and get it fixed in 1 week. The reason for waiting so long is for parts to come in.
