"These guys are always taking great care of my vehicles! Last time, the interior light was stuck on, so they showed me how to turn it off completely and sent me on my way at no charge!_I’ve been going there about 5-6 years now from a recommendation from a neighbor who used them for over 10 years! They don’t always go straight to the most expensive fix, unless you insist!"

"I have lived in Orlando for 16 years and have only ever used Universal Service Center. Gilbert, Flavio, Ruben , Tom and all the others are the best! They know what they are doing; are always happy to help and the prices are super fair. I have sent neighbors, clients, friend and my college interns to them and nobody ever said anything even slightly negative. I consider them to be my friends. Great shop and great guys!"

"I'm from out of town I had a wheel hub go on my car. I went to two other repair shops to have to work done but they would not use the wheel hub that I had in my vehicle that was the correct fitment part for my car Universal changed it without any problems at a great price as well thank you very much for your time and assistance greatly appreciated!"
