"Took my car to get my brake booster assembly replaced. Lexus diagnosed it and quoted me The ridiculous price of $4000. Read the reviews on Universal Service Center and I liked what I read. They gave me a quote over the phone right away of $1625. Dropped it off and it was ready the next day. No added anything, no upselling, honest, reasonably priced and transparent. Told me my brake pads and rotors are good and I don’t need anything else. My husband had a great experience getting his brakes serviced here in the past. Would definitely return."

"OMG, these guys are life/wallet savors! Hector is a gem! Wonderful customer service and prices that are reasonable! Plus if you work for universal you get a tm discount! They took care of my car and had it ready by the end of the day. They are busy for a reason, truly satisfied with my care!"
