"I had an issue with my rear liftgate not closing and with the impending weather and inability to secure our belongings, I was in a precarious situation while 500 miles from home and trying to make the most of precious time away with my family. Hector was extraordinarily personable, professional, and expedient. He went above and beyond to ensure that the issue was resolved in a timely manner. His calm demeanor and positive personality shone through his interactions with every customer that walked in the door. I highly recommend this shop!"

"HIGHLY RECOMMEND! After receiving shoddy service from the local dealership, gave Universal Service Center a call to see if they could help fix it. They squeezed me in first thing and were very friendly and professional throughout. Hector and his team are great!"
