"We’ve been taking our cars to Universal Service Center for over twenty years. Aside from being some of the nicest people around, they are extremely competent and honest. If they tell us there is a problem with our car we can believe them, and if everything checks out fine they are happy to tell us that, too. It’s so nice to have mechanics we can trust and who feel like old friends when we walk in the door."
